Minimum Hiring Requirements:
- 5-year construction experience preferred.
- Must have a valid Florida Driver’s License and Social Security Card.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Able to work safely within Company policy, OSHA and MSHA Standards.
- Able to do any necessary labor work.
- Able to work adjusted shifts. (AM or PM)
- Able to work overtime.
- Must be a Team Player and work well with others.
- Loading and unloading equipment from vehicles used to transport it.
- Inspecting equipment before and after use to ensure it’s in good working order.
- Driving or controlling heavy equipment to complete tasks at the construction site.
- Monitoring performance and adjusting settings as required to perform tasks correctly.
- Tracking scheduled maintenance of equipment and notifying their supervisor if maintenance is past due.
- Filling out performance records to report problems with equipment.
- Cleaning equipment after use and disposing of any collected waste.
- Completing minor repair work as needed.
- Be permitted to work in the United States. (per Federal Law)
