Construction Manager

The Redland Company is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee and manage the Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers while providing leadership on heavy civil/site‑work projects. Experience in the construction of roadways, commercial/Residential site development, airport, and underground utilities. You will be required to collaborate with senior management within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project management team
• Oversee project managers subcontracts, PO’s, change orders, and close out projects according to the deadline while keeping within budget.
• Provide leadership on heavy civil/site‑work projects
• Ensure quality and productivity
• Report directly to Vice president of Construction

Requirements:

• 10+ years in heavy civil / site development
• Previous project management experience
• Strong understanding of earthwork, utilities, grading & drainage
• Ability to read plans & manage production
• Valid driver’s license
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
